$75,000 cover for death, quadriplegia and paraplegia.
$56,250 cover for total loss of hearing in both ears.
$37,500 cover for total loss of use of one eye.
$30,000 cover for total loss of use of three or more fingers.
$26,250 cover for total loss of use of one arm or leg.
$3,000 cover for total loss of use of one finger or toe.
